You do not have permission to view this board.
Option 1 – Submit the Form
Simply use the Track a Job form to enter details of any current job applications you may have.
Once submitted, you can view and manage your applications in the My Applications tab. You can edit your status, keep notes or delete an application record at any time.
Option 2 – Install the Bookmarklet
Click and drag the bookmarklet below to your browser’s bookmarks bar. Then, visit any job posting and click the bookmarklet to capture the job details. Save it and you will return here with your Track a Job form filled with the details.
Using the Bookmarklet
The Job Tracker works by adding a small bookmark (called a bookmarklet) to your browser. Once added, you can click it on any supported job posting and copy the job details into your WorkPEI Job Tracker. Below are browser-specific instructions to help you add it successfully.
Known Limitations
Currently, the bookmarklet will capture all relevant data from jobs published on WorkPEI, Job Bank and CareerBeacon. Clicking on pages that don’t appear to have job listings will produce an error message.
Some sites like Indeed and JobsPEI don’t currently enable us to capture job data this way. On other corporate career sites, such as www.IrvingOil.com, the job tracker will capture the website and URL of the job posting, but will require you to manually add the remaining details.
We hope to expand access to sites like Indeed, JobsPEI and additional sites in future.
All Browsers
- Make sure the Bookmarks Bar is visible in your browser. If you can’t see it or find it, do this:

- Once you’ve activated your Bookmarks, drag the red WorkPEI Job Tracker button into the bar and release it. It should now appear as a normal bookmark in your browser.
- If the drag doesn’t work, right-click the red button and select “Copy link address“. Then on the Bookmarks Bar, right-click, select “Add page” and paste the link. It should now appear in your Bookmarks bar.

Also, make sure Show favorites bar is turned on in Settings → Appearance and to drag the text of the button, not the padding around it

Mobile browsers do not support bookmarklets being added by dragging. If you want to use the Job Tracker on mobile, use a laptop or desktop computer to install the bookmarklet.
